bonus miles case

Hey,

in the bonus miles case (especially slides 60 and 61) we called D the additional ticket price (price difference). The question for me is, whether the price difference results from using the miles-programme or from booking more expensive tickets (e.g. first class) to get more miles? In the slides it seems to me as if bonus-miles-tickets are more expensive than normal tickets, is that the case? Otherwise the 3rd term on slide 61 wouldn´t make sense to me, because I would suggest D to be zero here (D+C>max {A;P}).

Anyway, on slide 61 there is a little mistake I think. In the first and second terms employer and employee must be changed.?
